Request form: demo with tasting

A demo zone will be developed in Hall 4: a work area where visitors can follow everything from close up, and which invites interaction and tasting of products and/or ingredients. As an exhibitor, you can also put your Ambassadors to work here, thus putting your products and company in the spotlight.

Using the form below, you can send us your proposal until 10 July 2023 (*)

Demo duration: 60 minutes (+ 30 minutes for questions, clearing room & preparing next demo)

You provide:

  • your ambassador in charge of the demo
  • products
  • small material tasters (of the ready-made product, of an ingredient,....)
  • you provide us with the necessary information and visual material for our communication and for the set-up of the demo zone

We provide:

  • set-up where visitors pass by the work table, inviting interaction. Chairs are provided for those who wish to follow the demo for a longer period of time.
  • In cooperation with the exhibitors, we try to meet your wishes in terms of material/machines as much as possible
  • cleaning after the session
  • cooling backstage
  • recording of your demo in our online communication + brief mention in the programme

(*) The organisers of Meat Expo reserve the right to accept or refuse any application in order to put together a varied and balanced programme. Available time slots will be allocated in order of application, and as long as time slots are available.
